To be competitive and to maintain an ability to react quickly to customer “time to market” requirements, it is essential to have a tool room equipped with modern high precision equipment. Valentine has chosen to fulfill this need by investing in our third upgrade of our Agie wire EDM. In addition to enabling Valentine to fabricate the precision tooling necessary to meet the  demanding component requirements of our customers, Valentine also utilizes wire EDM machining to support component manufacture. In many situations Wire EDM is a viable alternative to low volume photo etched components, for generating component blanks for forming operations, for quick prototyping, or for complex machining as a secondary operation for formed and stamped components.
